À propos de Maria
My own yoga practice was a life-changer for me, and I knew from the beginning that one day I would share the gift of yoga with others. I got my first certification in 2021, and I never stopped training and educating myself ever since. I have been teaching for the past 4 years, and with more than 1000 hours taught, I gained a lot of experience. Apart from yoga, I also offer hypnotherapy, HypnoBirthing, and other practices to my clients, helping them to achieve their goals and to fulfill their potential.

I tailor every class to my client's needs. Depending on what you are looking for, I can help you both physically and mentally, because my approach is always holistic. I am also trained in fascia release, therapeutic movement, neurogenic yoga and TRE, trauma-sensitive yoga, and yoga therapy. I am a certified HypnoBirthing instructor and birth doula, so I can also support you pre- and postnatally if you'd like. If you are interested, the best is to schedule a first consultation for free so that I can share more deeply about my skills and you can decide if you would like to work with me.
