À propos de Milena
I am from Rio de Janeiro, where I first started implementing yoga to my life while I was still a teenager. With a deep curiosity about the mind and body, I went on this journey of learning through yoga. Later on I took my teacher trainings and mentoring to share this passion with others. I have been teaching now for five years all sorts of human beings and also for big companies. I truly believe my past experiences and continuous learning can benefit those who want to implement yoga in their lives.
