À propos de Tuhin
I am a 3rd generation yogi from India. Settled here in France and teaching Yoga and meditation. Having grown up in the yogic culture, spreading the right knowledge is what I seek to achieve. It all started very early with Art of Living then came Reiki, Vipassana. I received my formal yogic education from Paramanad Yoga Institute, Indore, India under the guidannce of Dr. Omanand Guruji.

I had a really good experiences with Tuhin. He is very professional and creates a calm and comfortable atmosphere from the beginning. He listens carefully and understands where the body holds tension. All the sessions felt very relaxing and each time I left, feeling much lighter and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Tuhin to anyone looking for a quality massage and a very thoughtful practitioner.
Un prof dynamique, positif et une pratique du yoga authentique et profonde. Toujours souriant, Tuhin est vraiment un “superprof” ! Peu importe votre niveau, il saura vous valoriser et vous faire vous sentir à votre place. Après presque 2 ans à suivre ses cours, je le recommande à 100%.
Tuhin est un professeur hyper motivant. Il fait ressortir le meilleur en nous et booste notre énergie au maximum. Ces cours son uniques et très variés. Sa méthode : keep smiling ! Une fois essayé on ne peut que l'adopter.
