I am a 500h certified yoga and meditation teacher, with a master’s degree in clinical psychology.
I am doing sessions all over the world, integrating the Western sciences of psychology with ancient Eastern philosophies and practices to guide self-healers to rise above what they’ve been programmed to believe.
I am a limitless soul, having a human experience in which I’m honored to be a mirror for those who want to experience their awakening.
Yoga is my sanctuary and love is my freedom.
I’m here to hold space for you. I’m here to serve humanity for lifetimes and do my part in this cosmic play.

My name is Mady, and I am dedicated to helping you experience deep relaxation, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening through a unique blend of Yin Yoga, meditation, and ritualistic practices.
