À propos de Roberta

I am a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher qualified. I also studied Yoga in Italy and India deepening my personal and professional growth for more than 30 years. Besides, I am a psychologist practitioner with passion for researching the common points and the integration of benefits from several disciplines - Yoga, Psychology but also Nutrition and Natural Hygiene - in a holistic approach to the health promotion.

Aimed to the personal growth, by exploring the inner dimensions of life and one’s self, my Yoga teaching is assisted and supported by the principles of psychology.
You will benefit of more meaningful and fulfilling relationships at home, work and community thanks to the holistic approach, which gives an inner foundation and vision for the life.
By practicing with me, you realise that the physical component of Yoga is not simply bodily exercise. The yogic postures, while not requiring special physical agility or previous experience, allow a deep and subtle process of boosting energy to straighten out physical and mental imbalances.
Accompanied by a qualified teacher with many years of experience, you will create your daily practice session, which will allow you to flower in your ultimate potential. As you become independent in your practice, you will resort less and less to my support and you will be happy to be assisted again only in your transition to higher levels.
My costs are low and affordable, on the base of Yoga principles of Aparigraha and Santosha.

Roberta puts people at ease and has a very gentle and intuitive nature. Her class is good for all levels, as she is accommodating to each student. Roberta is an amazing positively minded yoga instructor! with her you don't only feel relaxed but you feel like a new person after every session. She takes extra time to go with you through asanas and you can tell she is highly dedicated to her yoga path. She is very knowledgeable of yoga practice and philosophy! I highly recommend her!

Roberta allowed me to benefit from it and to realise that yoga is part of life itself, of harmony with ourselves and with others.
