I am a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor since 2012 and certified Yoga Therapist since 2016. I am an intuitive-sensitive and specialized in 1-to-1 sessions for individual yoga, meditation, intuitive-psychic reading, healing and relaxation. I also teach groups classes, mainly Kundalini yoga based. I am based in Hemiksem and also part of a group practice in Antwerp, Tolstraat 75 where I give 1-to-1 sessions. First time private consults always starts with an intake of 1 and half hour, either in English or in Dutch. I feel what the main concern of the client is, based on objective information and what I indirectly feel. I then set up an individual program a combination of yoga, meditation, healing, intuitive-psychic reading and relaxation therapy. The follow up sessions are an hour and in agreement with you. Mostly I suggest a 5 or 10 session program to the client. I also give you individual homework as a suggestion for your own progress, like breathing techniques, meditation with or with our breathing patterns, or physical yoga exercises and/or lifestyle suggestion.
