I’m Sara, 32 years old
I went into depression years ago and became overweight… and when I couldn’t move or walk, even going upstairs was so painful for me, I realised that my body and health were not the best, so I decided to make myself healthier and take care of myself… I started from 96 kg and now I’m 68 kg… going to the gym, walking outside, it all helped me and I feel so good about my health…
