I have been practicing yoga for more than 6 years and it has really helped me in so many aspects of my life.
I used to view exercise as a way to change my body, but yoga has taught me to move more intuitively and to really listen to my body. It has also helped with stress and anxiety, and I would be so happy to help other people who are also struggling.

Vinyasa is my specialty : a smooth transition between asanas (yoga poses) in a flow. Every asanas are interlinked with each other during a vinyasa class.
There can be really intense vinyasa classes, where you can sweat and work a lot on your core, or more gentle classes where you can move intuitively, depending on what you need.
My classes are generally 1hour to 1hour and a half, with introduction, warm up, flow, cool down and guided shavasana.
My classes are for anyone : whether you have never done yoga before, or if you are a more advanced practitioner who is craving intense vinyasa classes ;) !
