À propos d'Olivier
Having been passionate about physical activities since my childhood and a high-level athlete, in particular martial arts which are my specialty and my path as well as physical preparation and through my numerous international experiences, I am convinced that health improves, strengthens through sport, therefore I have a keen interest in wanting to pass on my knowledge through martial arts and physical conditioning (sport-health).
I also master meditation techniques which I enrich through various international experiences.
I have been practicing martial arts for over 20 years as a competitor and teacher.
I have been teaching martial arts for 13 years and continue to train internationally. I am qualified in the ancient arts of Southeast Asia, notably Muay Chaiya Baanchangthai (high-level defense and sports aspect) in which I continue to train further in order to tirelessly improve myself abroad, among other things. I am a karate teacher, I am able to teach you the ways (traditional, contact, self-defense, preparation for grade changes and competitions from beginner to high level).
I live between North - South America, Asia, France where I continue to teach.
My knowledge in physical preparation from which I graduated as a BPJEPS sports instructor profession in fitness and strength option (weightlifting - health sport) at CREPS in Toulouse (I am able to create a tailor-made program for you, which will be adapted to your discipline for be at maximum performance with several training or fitness methods).
I am quite comfortable in an international environment as well, I can speak in English, Spanish, Japanese, Thai.

My classes are adapted to each person according to the objectives requested, with an assessment which will allow the training to be structured at each session in order to get the most out of it.
A session goes like this:
10 minutes of musculo-joint warm-up.
Specific warm-up according to the time and objective of the session.
Session body: specific training techniques (time varies from session time).
