Hi! I’m Gerard, a licensed dietitian-nutritionist from Spain, now based in Nyon, Switzerland. I hold a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and I’m passionate about helping people improve their health through sustainable nutrition, balanced habits, and a positive relationship with food. Beyond the science of nutrition, I truly care about people. That’s why my coaching is not just about what to eat, it’s about understanding your lifestyle, your challenges, and creating a plan that feels both realistic and effective. I’m also deeply interested in movement, calisthenics, and outdoor training. My personal lifestyle reflects the values I share with my clients: simplicity, consistency, and long-term wellbeing.
