À propos d'Elizabeth
Hi there! I'm Elizabeth from Australia and I have been helping my students achieve greater independence and fluency in English for over 10 years. I have a double degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Queensland and I'm TEFL and CELTA certified in English language teaching. I have also been a certified Life Coach and Solution Focused since 2021.
My lessons are a canvas to be filled with the student: from grammar to pronunciation, ranging through vertical topics such as CV and interview preparation, successfully running English meetings and quickly improving in understanding the language in business contexts (video conferencing, foreign accents, etc.)

My biggest passion is to understand my students' needs and work with them to create personalised plans to achieve their goals. I also believe that it is easier to learn by following your interests.
I specialise in Legal English (I have worked with renowned law firms in Milan, also with judges and notaries) and Business English. I've worked with professionals from consulting companies (such as Accenture, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, PWC) and in finance (e.g. Goldman Sachs, and Banca Sella). I love helping people from a wide range of backgrounds and have years of experience in facilitating ESL certifications (such as IELTS, CPE, CAE, FCE, PET and KET) to university students (Bocconi, Politecnico, Cattolica, IED to name a few) and young professionals. I have also taught some VIPs.
I am available for short courses such as preparing for job interviews, public speaking, travelling or proofreading and translating.

Elizabeth is a fantastic professional. In just a few months, I was finally able to improve both my comprehension and the way I express myself in English. She has the great ability to put you at ease: the lessons are always personalised, and she is very flexible in accommodating requests for more in-depth study (e.g. on financial markets, real estate or even very technical topics in some areas of law) and/or personal needs on schedules. I have recommended some friends for preparation for certifications (IELTS in their case), and the results have been fantastic. Thanks Lizzy, see you next lesson!!
