À propos de Peter Baker-Collins
Hi - I'm Peter. Having been an advocate for movement for over two decades, I offer coaching in cross training based functional movement, gymnastic work and circuit training. I'm also a 200 hour yoga teacher registered with yoga alliance, specialising in both vinyasa flow and hatha style classes. In addition I am qualified to coach kids, either as little toddlers learning how to move, 10 year olds looking to improve their overall physical fitness or as teenagers looking to learn how to lift weights safely. I am passionate about helping people future-proof their physical bodies but also about helping people improve their self-esteem and mental health. If you are interested in living a healthier, fuller life, or simply want to lose a little weight, I can tailor a programme for your needs. I work from our home gym in a converted bakehouse, near Antigny in the Vienne but can travel within a reasonable distance if you want to work out or have a yoga lesson at home. English speaking, with good (but not completely fluent) French. The frequency and duration of classes can be tailored to your needs and if you want to work alongside a friend or partner I can offer group coaching.
