À propos de Batu
I'm an economics student in Paris.
I officially hold:
-a C2 level in English, French, and Spanish;
-a C1 level in German;
-a conversational level in Portuguese without a certificate;
-a basic level in Dutch without a certificate.
I've been learning languages by myself ever since I was 6 years old and I had the time to hone my own methods to maximise the efficiency of the process.

You are struggling with French and you need a hand? Don't worry, I'm here. As a multilingual economics student, teaching languages is my passion.
Today, I fluently speak English, French, Spanish, German, and Turkish while studying Portuguese and Dutch to some degree on the side. I've already been where you are many times, and I've had the same struggles as yours. Therefore, we might be a good match.
What about my method by default?
FOR BEGINNERS:
My method is flexible as everyone has a different type of intelligence and different needs. However, my first go-to method, especially for beginners, is what I call language deconstruction where you learn the most important verbs, conjunctions, prepositions, nouns, adjectives, and adverbs to build a solid backbone of the language. Then we work our way to the conjugations and declensions before getting started with more complex topics.
FOR INTERMEDIATE LEARNERS:
Once you achieve an intermediate level in a language, I definitely recommend what I call "diversification of the language portfolio" in order to absorb as much vocabulary as possible in all sorts of contexts. This technique consists in working on various contexts (health, sports, culture, etc.) to dive into the real language, because you cannot always "blabber" about languages or weather. I dole out weekly tasks involving a topic and you practice your language skills in a specific context. Afterwards, I note your mistakes or weak spots to elaborate a report.
These are my methods by default. If you are willing to try out something new, I will play along and adapt myself.
