Just a few examples extracted from my CV:
- Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP), USC, Galicia, ES, 1997. It involved teaching a trimester of organic chemistry to 16-year-old International Baccalaureate students at the multilingual secondary school Rosalia de Castro. The students highly praised my work.
- During my PhD studies (USC, Galicia, ES, 1996 - 2003), four students transitioning from industrial engineering to chemical engineering in need of support lessons were referred to me by the Dean after realising that their organic chemistry background was inadequate for the successful completion of the transition course. I devised a custom-tailored 3-hours-per-week teaching program in a very short time and, at the end of the term, all four students were successful in all of the organic chemistry-related tests.
- Supervision of the MSc thesis of a foreign hearing-disabled student (Saarland University, DE, 2009). He being a bioinformatician, I needed to devise a specific project tailored to match his particular set of skills. The project consisted in developing a novel methodology for the multiple alignment of proteins sequences taking advantage of the flexible structural alignment of existing crystal structures. The student was able to obtain his degree in less than a year.

- Self-taught Montessori teacher (0-3), parental leave at home, Luxembourg, 2014-2016.
- Organiser and lecturer at the Molecular Modelling Workshop, University of Extremadura, ES, 2008/2009.
- Supervision of a final-year student and a TREO student, RCSI, Dublin, IE, 2005.
- Undergraduate chemistry laboratory teacher, RCSI, Dublin, IE, 2004-2005.
- Advanced Organic Chemistry support lessons, USC, Galicia, ES, 2000-2001.

Parfait ! Je n'ai qu'une seule chose à dire sur Edelmiro, c'est un super prof! Il vous transmet avec enthousiasme et pédagogie son amour de la chimie organique.
