À propos de María Belén
I am a graduated English teacher from Argentina, currently located in Switzerland. The experience of travelling and working abroad over the last years has brought me in contact with people from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Education for me is “the key to unlock the golden door to freedom”, as George Washington Carver said. It is the tool that students need to face this new technological world as critical thinkers and empowered people. The role we have as teachers in this process is essential, and being passionate about education and equipping students for life is what drives me.
Over these last ten years, I have worked as a teacher in schools, language academies, and as a home-based tutor and governess. I have been the main teacher of primary and secondary classes of 25-32 students.
As a private tutor, I have taught many different subjects in English to support the learning of students attending bilingual schools.
