My name is Diana, I am a certified instructor with specialized certifications in Hot Yoga, Yoga Therapy as well as Pre- and Postnatal Yoga with a unique background as a former Mechanical Design Engineer. In my classes, you'll find a thoughtfully crafted space where everyone can explore their practice at their own pace, regardless of their experience level or life stage.
