À propos de Lara & Luca
We met over a year ago in a Muay Thai camp in Thailand where we trained and lived for many months. With Corona we decided to go back and make our passion into a job. Since then we studied the physical body to be a certified personal trainer and worked together as Cara Movement to help people to feel better about themselves.
