I visited Switzerland last year and absolutely loved it.
I’ve been lucky enough to train with British and World Champions, gaining valuable experience and knowledge that I bring into my coaching.
I offer personalised online personal training lessons in English, combining personal training with my experience in boxing and sports coaching.
For me, boxing is about much more than throwing punches. It can be a powerful way of developing fitness, strength, confidence, coordination and resilience. My sessions can include boxing-based fitness and conditioning alongside strength and other forms of training, depending on what you want to achieve.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with individuals who have faced significant challenges in their lives, particularly women, and I’ve seen how training can positively affect confidence, self-belief and the way someone feels about themselves. I keep my clients’ personal experiences private, but this is an important part of why I care about the work I do.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, get stronger, improve your fitness, learn boxing or simply feel better in yourself, I’ll tailor your training to you.

Personalised online personal training delivered in English, built around your goals, fitness level and lifestyle.
Training can include boxing, fitness, strength and conditioning, weight loss, toning and general fitness. Boxing can be used as part of your workout to develop fitness, coordination, technique, confidence and overall conditioning.
Sessions are adapted to you, whether you’re new to training or already have experience. We’ll focus on making steady progress towards what you want to achieve, while keeping training varied and enjoyable.
You’ll receive individual attention and guidance throughout your sessions, with exercises adapted where needed to suit your ability and circumstances.
The aim is to help you build fitness, strength and confidence that you can carry into everyday life — not simply complete another workout.
