I have known and nursed together with Silvana in a hospital setting for over 10 years. She has exceptional communication skills, crisp, honest and clear in her speech, feedback and instruction. Consistently professional in appearance and communication. Silvana is compassionate and caring to all, nursing without judgment. She exudes an infectious positive attitude. Her attention to detail is obvious. She would make an awesome teacher, turor and mentor.

I believe Silvana would make a great teacher because I have worked first hand and very close with her for the last 9 years. Silvana and I worked together in the Surgical Pre Admissions clinic. I saw first hand her teaching and comforting patients on their surgical journey in our hospital. She is knowledgeable, caring and patient. She makes sure that the patient understands their surgery and what to expect during and after their hospital stay.
