I’m Mariana, a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher with experience guiding group classes in studios, community settings like park gatherings, and workplace sessions within corporate environments.
My approach balances movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), staying close to the essence of yoga as a tool for well-being and self-awareness.
Each class is an invitation to reconnect — and I’m happy to adapt the practice to your needs, whether you're just starting out or deepening your journey.
